FOUNDER / CEO
HOPE HARIRI
Hope Hariri is the founder and CEO of Mione Management. Prior to starting the agency, Hope worked in project and relationship management in corporate finance. During COVID, she decided to start her own agency after seeing a gap in representing influencers with a more personable touch, and working with brands that valued relationship and longevity over a transactional campaign. In her free time, Hope loves to read books and enjoys game or movie nights with her friends. Hope has loved building partnerships with new brands, and expanding on the existing ones she was connected to prior to starting the agency. She’s excited to continue growing the agency in the coming years.
Talent Manager
IZZY STEEL
Before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, Izzy Steel lived in Chicago and Nashville. She joined Mione as a Talent Agent in the summer of 2022 after working in management for Procter and Gamble for five years. She’s an avid reader and enjoys live comedy. Her favorite part of working for Mione is connecting with her clients and working hand in hand with them to meet their personal goals.
Account Coordinator
Autumn helton
Autumn Helton joined the Mione team in the Spring of 2022 as an intern and is now the Account Coordinator. Her passion for beauty/skincare started in early 2019 when she began her own journey educating herself on products and brands. This led her into internships within the industry. She is a huge lover of coffee and traveling, and is currently working on visiting all the national parks. The best part about working at Mione is our incredible team and talent!
